Mischa Barton was spotted getting her shop on at the L.A. Vintage Expo in Santa Monica, and it was a good thing, too. Other fashionistas on-site say Barton looked like hell, wearing baggy Hawaiian print shorts, leggings, a leather jacket and "hair that had been burned by a curling iron."

The former It girl appeared washed up while she shopped the 1960s-era clothes with a girlfriend.

So what made the "actress" throw a total 'tude fit?

When fellow shoppers tried to get by Barton in order to look at the clothes in that par-tick section, Mischa couldn't be bothered to move and instead just kept chatting with her friend while causing a complete traffic jam. While noticing the other gals (who said "excuse me," btw) trying to get by, Mischa just rolled her eyes, shot them a dirty look and purposely stood her ground.

News flash: A store isn't your personal closet, sweetie!

Our spies said Mischa's friend was dressed just as heinously as she was. Hmmm, guess their attitudes were as fugly as their outfits?

Other infamous shoppers behaving dubiously, this time one the red carpet, were The Hills honeys...

Kristin Cavallari, Audrina Patridge, Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt hit the Maxim party at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami over Super Bowl weekend. Girlfriends posed for photogs before heading inside to shoot an episode of their ratings-challenged show. You bet when the cameras weren't rolling these gals hightailed it the hell away from each other, though!

Why doesn't MTV ever get that stuff on camera? We know the drama that really goes down in these girls' private lives, and trust, that's so much more interesting than the fakery captured on film (ahem, their friendships).

Also creating beautiful tittering near the beach were 90210 sexies...

Kellan Lutz and Trevor Donovan, who arrived at the Maxim bash with Gavin DeGraw. Do we sense a bromance brewing?

Donovan (whose good locks are totally underrated, especially with Lutz around, heaven knows) admitted he would be so down to shoot an underwear campaign like his bud Kellan, but that no one has come knocking. Travesty.

Hey, we would be more than pleased if Donovan was added to Lutz's new Calvin Klein campaign...two nearly naked men are always better than one, don't you agree?
