Did Pete Wentz Have a Fall Out Boy Fallout?

Between the bassist's Twitter comments and what Patrick Stump told Spin.com, it sounds like FOB might be MIA for good

The dance, dance is over. It appears Fall Out Boy's had some sort of falling-out.

Whether it was amicable remains to be seen, but both bassist Pete Wentz and frontman Patrick Stump have begun to disassociate themselves with the band that launched them into the pop culture stratosphere.

"Can't imagine playing in FOB again," Wentz wrote on Twitter Monday night. "Something would have to change in my head or my heart—not my wallet. It'd have to be real…Don't you get it? A hiatus is forever until you get lonely or old. I don't plan on either."

"I'm not in Fall Out Boy right now," frontman Stump told Spin.com. "Whether we play again or not, I don't know. If we do, it will be for the right reasons. If we don't, it will also be for the right reasons."

Both appear to already be moving on. Stump is putting out a solo record, while guitarist Joe Trohman and drummer Andy Hurley, along with members of Anthrax, have formed the Damned Things. Wentz is in New York City with wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and baby Bronx and has recorded a track for the Alice in Wonderland soundtrack with Blink-182's Mark Hoppus.

"Feel like I have to be honest but fair to my bros in the band at the same time—it's no1's fault ppl grow apart," Pete tweeted. "Not gonna speak to anything publicly about the band internally. My brothers 2 the grave. Thnx 4 being there from day 1."
