Dennis Hopper's soon-to-be ex-wife, Victoria, is seeking full custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Galen Grier Hopper, with visitation rights for the actor, according to court documents filed Monday in Los Angeles.
Hopper filed for divorce on Jan. 14 after nearly 14 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
Victoria agrees with the cause, per her response filing, but her husband, who's willing to pay spousal support, wants joint custody of Galen.
The 73-year-old Blue Velvet star revealed in October that he was battling prostate cancer.
