Forget the stars. Joey Fatone is dancing on cloud nine tonight.

The former N' Syncer welcomed his second child Monday in Orlando, Fla., daughter Kloey Alexandra Fatone, after what turned out to be a difficult pregnancy for wife Kelly, People reports.

"Kloey's so small," Fatone said. "She looks like a little doll. But she's healthy and doing just fine." Doctors induced Kelly two weeks early and Kloey arrived weighing 5 pounds, 8 ounces.

The pros took action after finding blood clots in Kelly's lungs, ultimately diagnosing her with methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase, a rare genetic condition that both threatened her life and increased the baby's chances of being born with chromosomal defects.

But now, "the blood clots have broken up, Kelly's doing fine and Kloey is awesome," Fatone said. "I'm just so happy that everyone's healthy."

Kloey joins 8-year-old sister Briahna in the family fold.
