Precious' Gabourey Sidibe Hopes 2010 Includes Boozing With Justin Timberlake

Precious star Gabourey Sidibe is having a hard time seeing herself as a celebrity.

Sure, she has Golden Globe and SAG Award nominations, but really, it's all about whom she'll clink glasses with in 2010.

"I'm really excited to drink with celebrities," she tells E! News as she pedals to power the Times Square ball drop at the Duracell SmartPower Lab in New York City. Giggling, she adds, "Not like superdrink. I promise I'm not a lush. Maybe I should take that back. Just like have a drink."

Assuming she gets her way, she'll be in some rather attractive company and a step closer to completing her New Year's resolution at the same time…

"Who wouldn't I [like to have a drink with]? Justin Timberlake is a big one. Also, Halle Berry," she says. "Also, I'm really looking forward to celebrating with my cast for what we've done and where it's going."

After she rings in the New Year with costar Mariah Carey, she'll get to work on the resolution she announced to onlookers—to finish meeting the five members of 'N Sync—and start getting ready for the onslaught of awards shows. When it comes to all the dressing up, she's only worried about one thing.

"I kind of stick out like a sore thumb and I celebrate it," she confesses. "I'm inappropriate and weird…and so I'm nervous about making other celebrities nervous."

By "inappropriate," Sidibe means "everything, starting with my laugh—I usually snort after a hearty laugh or any laugh for that matter," she explains. "I'm just like kooky and everyone else feels so fancy. It's like, oh, it's like that Miley Cyrus song!"

She pauses.

"I can't believe I just dropped Miley Cyrus' name to E!. But it's just like 'everybody's so famous.' "

If it sounds like the 26-year-old's life is imitating the dream sequences from her film, you wouldn't be wrong.

"Even on set when we were filming her fantasy scenes, I had no idea that it would actually really happen for me, so it's amazing. It's amazing how big it's happened and how long it is," she tells E! News, getting a little more serious. "It's more than just a dream sequence—it's a reality sequence."
