Are Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Jerry Ferrara no longer part of each other's entourages?

Hope not, but a source tells me the real-life television couple may have called it quits.

Breakup buzz began late last week…

The source says that Sigler isn't too happy about ending their romance, which began more than two years ago when they met while working on Entourage.

Reports first surfaced in September 2008 that Sigler, 28, and Ferrara, 30, had gone off-camera with their on-camera love affair. They didn't actually confirm they were more than friends until nine months later, when Sigler reportedly told Hollyscoop, "This is the first time I've dated anyone in the industry, and it's kind of nice."

Sigler's marriage to her agent A.J. Discala ended in divorce.

The possible breakup comes just about two months after the two were looking for a home together in the Hollywood Hills.

Sigler's rep did not immediately comment. A rep for Ferrara said, "I don't know anything about that. It's news to me if it's true."

Sigler was recently spotted walking in New York City with pal Lance Bass, while Ferrara has been hitting the L.A. club scene, including Voyeur on Friday night, with best bud and fellow Entourage man Kevin Connolly.
