UPDATE: Andrews' accused stalker was in court Friday, where bail was raised to $100,000. Barrett was released on a bond after agreeing to return to house arrest.

The judge was reportedly planning to set bail at $20,000, but Andrews' attorney, Marshall Grossman, pointed out that Barrett had spent far more than that following his client around the country. She has suffered "severe anxiety" and other "psychological effects" due to Barrett's behavior, he said.

Andrews was on assignment in Nebraska and regrettably could not be in court, Grossman said.

Big Brother may have been watching Erin Andrews more than she knew.

Michael David Barrett, the Illinois man accused of stalking the pretty ESPN reporter across state lines, didn't just allegedly invade her privacy and humiliate her in Tennessee, according to the FBI.

Documents filed today in federal court in L.A. state that Barrett also surreptitiously shot video of Andrews last year through the peepholes of hotel room doors in Columbus, Ohio, and Milwaukee—though none of those made it online like the video of a nude Andrews walking around her room in Nashville.

That footage was posted using a Google Video account with the title "Erin Andrews Naked Butt," according to the new filing, which replaced the criminal complaint brought against him last month. Barrett has waived his right to have a grand jury hear the case.

Among the new details: Investigators say that Barrett registered at hotels in Columbus and Milwaukee when Andrews was staying there in July and September of 2008, and had altered the peephole in one of her rooms. He's said to have requested and checked into the room adjacent to Andrews in Nashville, as well.

Barrett is facing one count of felony interstate stalking and is currently confined to his home (minus work and errands) since posting a $4,500 bond after being arrested Oct. 2 in Chicago.

The 47-year-old insurance salesman is due in court Friday and arraignment is scheduled for Monday.
