This week's all-new installment of Glee is called "Ballad," and it centers on Rachel Berry's (Lea Michele) new and inappropriate crush on "Mr. Shu" (Matthew Morrison). As Mr. Shu tries to manage Rachel's feelings, he recalls another schoolgirl-crush situation that plagued him in the past. And that young lady is none other than the always divine Sarah Drew as Suzy Pepper. We caught up with Sarah a few weeks back to discuss her guest gig on Grey's Anatomy and she tipped us off about what to expect from her Glee part:
Sarah told us, "I play a character named Suzy Pepper who has an insane, absurd, psychotic crush on Mr. Schuester. I don't want to give too much away because it's just hilarious, but she's kind of stalkerish and creepy." Fans of Sarah's previous work might see a resemblance to her Jaye-stalker character on Wonderfalls. "Yes, it's very similar to the Wonderfalls character, actually, but that much better…She has something redeeming that happens at the end."
We can't wait to see more!
What's your theory about Suzy's redemption moment? And where else would you like to see Sarah Drew on your TV?
