Perhaps the third time will be the charm for Charlie Sheen.

E! News confirms that the Two and a Half Men star swapped vows with live-in love Brooke Mueller Friday in front of about 60 people at a private estate in the gated Los Angeles community of Beverly Park.

All dolled up for the occasion were Sheen's two daughters with ex-wife Denise Richards, Sam, 4, and Lola, who will be 3 next month.

The actor's ever-supportive dad, Martin Sheen, and mom Janet were also in attendance, along with pals Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart.

Mueller, 30, donned a simple ivory gown for the occasion—a nod to what a source tells us was Sheen's wish for a low-key affair, which also included instructions to the gents to leave their ties at home.

However, providing plenty of glam all by itself was the custom-made $500,000, 11-carat ring that the real-estate investor has been sporting since Sheen popped the question during a trip to Costa Rica last July.

"It is a canary-yellow, flawless diamond," the man responsible for the finger candy, jeweler Lord Alon Barak, told E! "Charlie really went above and beyond."

This was the third trip down the aisle for Sheen, 42, and the first for Mueller.

But just because the nuptials were on the casual side didn't mean the bride wasn't primed to look her best, making a last-minute stop Thursday at dermatologist-to-the-stars Dr. Harold Lancer, presumably to make sure her complexion would be picture-perfect for the big day.

"She was so excited. She told everyone in the waiting room that she was getting married,” an eyewitness told E! News. “She said, ‘I’m so excited, I’m getting married tomorrow!’

"She looked beautiful and was glowing; she was so happy.”

Mueller met Sheen about two years ago at a Victoria's Secret party hosted by Gayheart, who in turn was spotted Sunday at her gal-pal's bridal shower at the Warehouse Restaurant in Marina del Rey.

While Mueller's friends plied her with goodies, wedding guests were asked to give donations to Chrysalis, a charity that aids victims of domestic abuse, in lieu of presents.

The newlyweds are expected to attend the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball tomorrow night in Beverly Hills, meaning a good cause is trumping the honeymoon, at least for this weekend.
