Radar Online reports that Tony dumped Jess on the spot when he picked up her phone, only to find that she'd been chatting back and forth with stinky J.M.
The goss earlier this year was that Tony's eye was wandering, too, which we heard was not true, so maybe Romo is one to get super-pissed if his gal is still in cahoots with her ex-lovah.

A friend of John's speaks out:
"No way," sasses a very close pal to lady-lovin' Mayer. "Exes talk every now and then. Maybe they texted, but there would be nothing romantic or threatening to Tony behind the message. If it happened."
Yeah, we never bought the love triangle for a sec—even though it might give Jess and John back their 15 minutes of tabloid fame.
Wouldn't put it past them for another "unplanned" rendezvous to keep getting talked about. But don't read too much into the apparent secret dinner dates. It's way more coincidental than that. After all, two press-loving people are bound to hit the same paparazzi-infested spot sooner or later.
Our source insists J & J have "no chance" of getting back together, but that there is no animosity between them, either. Why would there be? Abused, schmabused, right?
