Short-Lived Songs

How can you sing about something if you don't know anything about it?

The Jonas Brothers are claiming that all of the songs on their new album are about things that they've gone through, personal experiences. Who wants to listen to a song about bad haircuts and purity rings? I waited until I had something interesting to say to write about my personal experiences, and I expect them to do the same. I don't want to hear a peep from them until they get drunk and wake up in another country next to a billy goat.
