The Circus is coming to even more towns than originally thought.

On the heels of news that Britney Spears will for the first time ever be taking her musical spectacular to Australia this fall comes word that she's not quite done with her home crowd, adding a second leg to her U.S. and Canadian tour dates to resume this summer.

"I'm so excited to bring The Circus back to North America," the songbird, currently touring the U.K., said in a statement on her website. "I've made some really cool changes to the show that I think my fans are really going to love.

"I also get to bring the show to some new cities we missed the first time around."

And make some return engagements to some of her most welcoming cities...

Anticipating another ticket windfall, this time around Spears is adding two dates to New York's Madison Square Garden and will be hitting most corners of the country (sorry, Pacific Northwest).

Meanwhile, the new dates ensure Spears will be on the road through the end of November.

Yesterday, she announced that she will be bringing the Circus Starring Britney Spears tour to Oz for six shows this fall, with the blessing of the courts.

"I've wanted to tour Australia for quite some time and now it's finally happening," she said. "My Circus tour is the best show I have ever created and I can't wait to perform it for all of my Australia fans. See you guys soon!"

Tickets for Spears' North American dates go on sale June 19. Australian fans can purchase their seats now.
