Kiss the Bride star misses premiere of her own movie due to stomach flu

Poor Tori Spelling. She missed the premiere of her rom-com Kiss the Bride yesterday because she has the stomach flu. Dean McDermott showed up to the party wearing a “T” pin in her honor and explained that both Tori and little Liam have been ill.

This is alarming, considering that Tori is preggers, but we guess if Dean felt comfortable enough about it to take a break from bedpan duty, it must be under control. Or maybe she has a legion of gays tending to her.
