Chuckie and the other Rugrats venture to Paris, where they take in the sights and explore an amazing new amusement park, EuroRepartland. However, once there, they realize that the park's creator, the child-despising Madame La Bouche, has designs on Chuckie's lonely, widower father as part of her evil plan to further her career.
