A warrant went out for Shia LaBeouf today—whereabouts reportedly unknown—but officials could have easily tracked him down on Saturday night, getting his party on.

Shia was spotted entering Goa nightclub around 12:30 a.m., all by his lonesome. There weren't even any paparazzi around to capture the Indy star's entrance—dressed to the nines in a suit and tie.

If only he'd shown up looking all spiffy for his court date (for an unlawful smoking ticket, of all the insignificant charges), we all could have skipped the drama.
