Remember when Laguna Beach’s Stephen Colletti wrapped himself in a love triangle with then-girlfriend Kristin Cavallari and his best friend Lauren "L.C." Conrad? The sexual tension between Colletti and Conrad was palpable. And, as far as we know, unresolved. About a year later, the chemistry between the two vanished, Lauren dated around on The Hills, while Stephen eventually called it quits with Kristin and moved on to Hayden Panettiere. 

Well, get ready—maybe—for a little renewed tension! 

Last week, Stephen and his Heroes cheerleader called it quits. And just last night, after working a Teen Vogue party downtown, Lauren arrived at Opera for a Hornitos Tequila launch with none other than her former BFF Stephen. Lauren posed for a few pictures, but neither reality star stopped to talk to reporters on the carpet.

Perhaps they were just eager to get their drink on at their VIP table. But in my experience, when two hot singles with a past refuse to speak to the press, it’s because they’ve got something they don’t want to say.
