Rumer Willis is on the quest to find out with her shocking platinum pixie cut. "I just did it for fun," she told me at last night's party for James Perse's new flagship store in Beverly Hills. "I've always wanted to be blonde, so why not?" (Looks like the fun factor is in effect: After the boutique opening, Rumer hit the Declare Yourself bash and then headed to Les Deux.)
