Kylie Jenner and Tyga are the real deal.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star covers the October/November issue of Complex, and in it she opens up about pretty much everything. From her lip injections to her high-profile relationship with rapper Tyga, Kylie holds nothing back—including her poses. Kylie appears topless on the cover, but not without some hesitation.

"I'm comfortable with my body, but not that comfortable," she tells the magazine after instructing everyone but Tyga to leave the room. "I'm not going to be walking around like that with a bunch of guys there."

Tyga, who looked on throughout the majority of the photo shoot, is who gets the E! star through her toughest days, Kylie explains. "At the end of the day I have to live with everything I do," she says of the constant media scrutiny.

"I'm just proud of myself for not going crazy. Tyga helped me with that a lot."

Although the relationship has found itself under the spotlight given Kylie and Tyga's age difference (she is 19, Tyga is 26), sister Khloe Kardashian defends it because of how much fame forces a person to grow up. "You have to put things into perspective," Khloe tells Complex. "Kylie has to deal with all these responsibilities, but no one wants to treat her as an [adult] when it comes to relationships. But I love that T [Tyga] and Kylie didn't care. They just did what made them happy. They're so in love, and I think they're cute together."

But it wasn't always perfect. Kylie confesses that when she and "T" first got together, they were both warned to stay away from each other. Of course, they didn't listen. "The first year we started hanging out, everyone around him told him not to be with me. I still get comments like, 'Don't be with him.' But we're not doing it for the public—we love each other," Kylie explains. "We need to be together at all times. We never get mad at each other, we just figure things out."

Their seemingly perfect harmony only came after the two took a month-long break in May, but the split didn't stick. "I just needed to see what it was like not being with him," she tells Complex, adding, "We realized that wasn't what we wanted."

During that time, however, she was spotted with rapper PartyNextDoor, spurring rumors that they were an item. It turns out that they were doing nothing more than having "fun."

In addition to speaking honestly about her love life, Kylie also opens up about the headline-making lip injections and why she lied for so long about getting them. "I wasn't even 17 yet," she says.

"What if I came out and said, 'Oh, yeah, I got my lips done'? What are all those moms going to think about me? These kids, my fans, they're going to think I'm crazy. I didn't want to be a bad influence."

"I didn't want people to think you had to get your lips done to feel good about yourself. But they thought it was crazier that I was lying about it because it was so obvious. I wish I had just been honest and upfront."

Kylie even admits she might have gone a little overboard with the injections. "When you first get them done, you're like, 'Oh, it could be a little bit bigger on that side.' I'd go back and be like, 'They went down' and think they could be bigger," she recalls.

"But I went too far. It was very painful."
