There has been no post-pregnancy nip and tuck for Blac Chyna.

The Rob & Chyna star shocked fans after she took to social media Saturday to debut a small waist a week after giving birth to her and Rob Kardashian's daughter Dream Kardashian via C-section, spurring many to speculate she had had weight loss surgery. She set the record straight Sunday.

"So I posted a picture of my belly yesterday and the only reason it got that flat, you guys, is from breastfeeding and breast pumping and from my body already being small before my pregnancy," Blac Chyna said in a Snapchat video while pumping breast milk.

"And for everybody that...yeah, sorry, try again," she said in another clip, which contained the caption, "Not surgery guys."

While it is discouraged by most medical professionals, some surgeons give patients "mini" tummy tucks, or abdominoplasty surgeries, directly after their C-sections by request.

Blac Chyna showcased her post-pregnancy figure in public for the first time Saturday, wearing a casual outfit during a trip to a health food eatery near her Los Angeles home.

She revealed on Snapchat Sunday she has lost 21 pounds, recently averaging three in one day, since giving birth 10 days ago to Dream, her and Rob's first child together and her second overall.

She said in another video posted Sunday that she credits her weight loss to breastfeeding. Mothers who exclusively breastfeed their babies can burn up to 600 calories a day, according to WomensHealth.gov.

"If you are pregnant right now, I would highly recommend breastfeeding and breast pumping, because it'll get your weight back down fast," Blac Chyna said on Snapchat.

"Don't get me confused or whatever. I'm not saying that I lost all my baby weight, which I have not--I still have like, 40 pounds to go," Blac Chyna said.

She had weighed 192 pounds just before giving birth and said she wanted to return to her pre-pregnancy weight of 130 pounds.

Most of the weight she has lost has been natural—the delivery of the baby and placenta and a reduction of body fluids directly.

"I did have a C-section so I cannot really lift anything or work out or do anything like that, so I have to wait until my six weeks is up and then I can do so."
