E! News confirms that the 28-year-old has scored himself a bachelor pad with the help of his famous mama Kris Jenner. The family matriarch bought her son a 4,256 sq. foot, four-bedroom home in the fancy gated Oaks community in Calabasas, near his sisters and Kris.
So how much did this new pad cost mama Jenner? Rob's new digs cost a cool $2.285 million, which Kris bought under the family trust.
"The Oaks really is a wonderful place to live," realtor Emil Hartoonian with The Agency, who sells many properties in the Oaks, tells E! News. "It allows residents to tune out the city while offering all the amenities that a high-end community can offer. It is a safe, gated community that the most picky buyer will find what they are looking for."
And by the sounds of it, Rob's place will be absolutely perfect for his new lifestyle (and a great project for girlfriend Blac Chyna). A source tells E! News Chyna is "excited to help decorate" his new house, and it seems like she's gonna have a lot to work with.
According to Trulia, the home includes a "a spacious office with French doors opens to a charming front porch, while the welcoming kitchen with a large center island has a cozy breakfast nook and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The formal dining room comes complete with a butler's pantry, double-height ceilings, and French doors leading to a romantic central courtyard."
Wait, did they say pantry?! You know that's important.
Additionally, "A spacious family room with yet another fireplace is the perfect spot for big gatherings, opening to the private rear grounds. The property also has a swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchenette, and fire pit."
