Jennifer Aniston is opening up about everything—from life with husband Justin Theroux to the beauty tips that pretty much keep her looking ageless. Seriously, has she aged a day since Friends?

The Horrible Bosses 2 actress participated in a Q&A with Goop (as part of the site's partnership with SmartWater), Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle newsletter, and revealed her diet and fitness secrets, her best gift from her hubby and—most importantly—what keeps her looking so damn young. With the holidays just around the corner, Goop asked the star if she has to work out extra hard in January in order to compensate for December's treats.

"Well for the most part, I always maintain a healthy regimen in terms of diet and exercise. It's pretty much been a part of my daily routine for years now so its second nature to me," she said, adding that she enjoys changing up her workouts. Sometimes she'll find herself in the mood for power yoga while others she'll turn to the elliptical or low-weight training.

"Having said that—during the holidays I have no problem treating myself to some indulgent foods but I usually don't go overboard with it in a way that I have to double up the fitness in January," she added. If only we had her will power...

When she's not treating herself to delicious desserts, she maintains an incredibly healthy diet. She revealed most nights she'll nosh on "protein and veggies for dinner and a chopped salad," but is adamant about "no tomatoes for lunch!"

As for her timeless appearance, the 46-year-old Friends alum credits her gorgeous looks to water—yes, water. "I have said this before but it's the truth—I really think hydration is so important…and sleep! I drink smartwater all day everyday and I like the new smartwater sparkling water at night with meals," she explained.

"I take care of my skin and try not to go into the sun as much as I used to. Also we are as young as we feel and treating yourself right is a great way to feel good," she added. "Being happy is also a key to looking and feeling younger."

But when she finds herself feeling really stressed, she enjoys a good vacation or a trip to the spa to help unwind. "When I'm really wiped out its time to go on a trip. I have my go-to places in warm climates and sandy beaches like Mexico that really allow me to relax and get back on track," she told Goop. "I like massages and spa treatments, too—they help if I can't get on a plane and go on vacation."

As for her favorite type of spa treatment, she confessed, "All sorts of weird facials: Chances are I've tried them all!" But at the end of the day, it's her family that's the top priority.

"Spending time with my husband, my dogs, and long-time girlfriends," she said. "Those times are sacred to me and I would never give them up."
