Martin Scorsese finally has put his two favorite actors, Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio, in an "upcoming short film," but really it's a commercial for two new casinos: Studio City in Macau, China and City of Dreams in Manila, Philippines!

In the "trailer," De Niro and DiCaprio are running lines by themselves, only to bump into one another and Scorsese, who breaks the news to them that they're both up for the same part in a casino-based film.

"It's more like you're vying for the same part," Scorsese says, clearing up that they're not technically "up" for it.

"May the best man win," De Niro tells DiCaprio. "You know, I don't even want to say it like that. May the best person for the part be the person who's in the part."

The two Hollywood icons are both intent on winning over Scorsese's heart, despite having starred in several of his movies beforehand. Now that they're up against each other, we'll just have to see how it shakes out.

According to the trailer, The Audition is coming soon, and is also set to star Brad Pitt and was written by The Wolf of Wall Street's Terrence WinterBrett Ratner is producing the (fictional) film. The Audition will be the first time De Niro, DiCaprio and Pitt will be working together under the tutelage of Oscar-winner Scorsese, and it's the director's first time ever working with Pitt!

This is going to be some short film! Frankly, we've never been more excited for a fictional movie.
