Brooke Shields Stuns in a Bikini at Age 49—See the Pic!

Mother-of-two has never looked better while vacationing in Mexico

Mexico just got a whole lot hotter!

Brooke Shields strutted her stuff on the beach and stunned as she showed off her toned bikini body in a green swimsuit. Holding a cover up and sunglasses in her hand, Shields stared off into the distance. She was probably thinking, "Damn, I look good."

What is your secret, Brooke?! We just adjusted our resolutions to include looking like her. And to think she has had two children, although you'd never guess it based on this fit bod.

The 49-year-old Endless Love star—yes, she's 49!—has been showing people more than just her amazing body as of late. In her new book, There Was a Little Girl: The Real Story of My Mother and Me, Shields opens up about her many romances, but gets into steamy detail of how she lost her virginity to then-boyfriend Dean Cain. She writes that while at first it was special, she was quickly consumed by guilt because of her mother's opinions and beliefs.

"Mom was unjustly judgmental of our romantic relationship and she feared it on a deeper level. I don't know if she would ever admit to it but this threat went beyond Catholicism. I believe she wanted me to stay hers alone. She believed in an absolute hold she had on me...And growing up, and having sex, would mean that I was leaving her."

But after dating the Princeton football player for "what seemed like a lifetime," she decided to go through with it when she was 22 despite the majority of America knowing about her vow of chastity.

"It should have been what I had wished for myself, but in an instant, guilt slapped me in the face," Shields writes. "Instead of giving in to what was a loving, and emotionally safe, relationship, and escaping into the most intimate and deserved moment, I began to cry deeply and silently...I got so overwhelmed that I jumped out of my bed."

The actress, who now shares two children with husband Chris Henchy, but her Superman ex-boyfriend has only the nicest things to say about his former flame.

"We truly had a wonderful relationship, we were two young people and we cared for each other," he explained on the Meredith Vieira Show. "She is a wonderful person, girl, woman and mother everything now and wife, just going to put that out there."
