The 35-year-old actress took to Instagram this week to share a funny behind-the-scenes photo of herself filming a sexy scene for her new show State of Affairs. In the cute pic, the blond beauty flashes a giant smile while in bed topless and covering her breasts with a white sheet. Also in the bed is co-star Mark Tallman, show creator Joe Carnahan and several other male crewmates who are all shirtless.
"Nope I haven't gone into the adult film business...just having a little fun w/ my amazingly supportive crew who shed their shirts in solidarity!! Love you all!! @carnojoe @tallmanmark," Heigl captioned the funny photo.

Before the topless pic, Heigl shared another behind-the-scenes photo from a violent scene in which she's covered in blood (don't worry, it's all just makeup). Heigle wears a formal cream-colored suit, which is covered in bloodstains. Her face is also covered in blood and gashes on her forehead and chin while her head looks a bit disheveled.
Heigl proves the war wounds are all fake by flashing a giant smile. "Just another boring day on set #nbcstateofaffairs," she captioned the photo.
State of Affairs stars Heigl as a, "CIA officer plucked from the field to become the president's daily briefer, assuming responsibility for targeting America's most critical threats while navigating the unique lifestyle that comes with such a high-powered job," according to the shows IMDb page.
