UPDATE: After a few months off the market, the Grammers have relisted the estate with a sizable price drop. The former couple is now asking $14.9 million for the palatial pad.

________

Does this beautiful estate look familiar? It should.

This was the lavish home we all got to see when Camille Grammer starred on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but it's now time to put this piece of drama-housing real estate on the market for somebody else to enjoy.

And it'll only cost them $17.9 million. Yes, you read that right.

The gorgeous Malibu mansion, which Kelsey Grammer's rep confirmed to E! News was purchased when the duo was married and which they have since both agreed to sell, features nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a state of the art kitchen designed by Wolfgang Puck. It also includes a large master suite with spectacular ocean views, a library and a home theater room with a large projection screen.

The detached guest house has its own large kitchen, sitting room, several bedrooms, a five-car garage, private patio and rooftop deck. Outside, the potential new owner can enjoy a "Monet lily pond," tennis court, large private pool, and, for all the equestrians out there, a dressage riding ring and a nine-stall barn.

It's pretty much got it all.

And it's more than ready for its closeup from prospective buyers.
