There's no better way to kick off the holidays than with family…even if they just played one on TV.
Several members of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air cast, including Will Smith, Tatyana Ali (Ashley), Karyn Parsons (Hillary), Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton) and James Avery (Uncle Phil), reunited recently for a special event. But the gathering wasn't for a televised reunion special.
So, what was the Banks family up to?
The group was on hand to support Parson's charity, Sweet Blackberry, at an event last week, according to People.
"Got the Holiday season started right with a Fresh Prince of Bel Air reunion...there's nothin' like spending Holidays with fam!—with Tatyana Ali, Karyn Parsons, Alfonso Ribeiro and James Avery," Smith wrote in a Facebook post, which accompanied the photo.
While the majority of the TV family was present for the charitable affair, Joseph Marcell, who played the family's butler, Geoffrey, as well as Janet Hubert and Daphne Reid, who split the role of mom Vivian Banks, were missing in action.
But, that didn't seem to stop the gang from having a great time together.
"God! The best lunch ever w @blakeross & the entire Fresh Prince cast @Karyn_Parsons at the @sweetblackberry FP reunion luncheon! Pics 2 come," Ali tweeted right after the luncheon.
