She's taking top honors as this week's Most Valuable Partyer because she'll go to great lengths to have a good time. Like, say, footing the bill to fly all of her friends out to India pretty soon for her weeklong wedding celebration with Russell Brand!
And if her engagement to the Brit was a sign of what's to come, it's going to be one epic event:
"It's going to be amazing," a friend of the couple tells E! "Russell proposed to her there and organized a whole production of Bollywood dance numbers with hundreds of dancers just for the two of them, so I know the wedding is to be over the top."
But guests don't even know exactly when the fancy nuptials will happen yet, beyond "early fall."
"They were just given advance notice to get their shots and Visas," the source says.
Either way, this seven-day exotic celebration sounds like something worth clearing your schedule for. Especially if Katy's splurging for airfare.
As for this week's Party Foul, it involves Kim Kardashian (obviously). Kim was partying at an NYC nightclub with her sisters Kourtney and Khloé (and Scott Disick), when a drunk male fan asked for a photograph with her.
That didn't go over well with his equally intoxicated girlfriend, who then tossed a drink at Kim in her rage.
Now, throwing cocktails at someone is never classy, sweetie (And neither is jealously.) Plus, it's a waste of perfectly good alcohol.
Scott was then tossed out of the club himself for physically defending Kim, but we figure he doesn't deserve to be our Party Foul since he actually didn't start this fight (for once).
