In what marked one of their happiest-looking photographed moments, the notoriously private couple Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were seen grinning and acting rather naughty as they exited the Malibu restaurant Nobu after a dinner date Friday.
With one of the singer's arms around her beau, the two walked together while giving the finger, with the actor even doing a double obscene gesture.
Miley, 23, and Hemsworth, 26, were both dressed casually for their date. She wore a blue printed collared shirt and jeans and carried a fuzzy teddy bear handbag, while he sported a gray T-shirt, navy jacket and jeans.
The Japanese restaurant is a celebrity hotspot and is one of the couple's favorites; They had also had lunch there last weekend.
Miley and Hemsworth ended their engagement and split in 2013. Earlier this year, they rekindled their romance and sources told E! News they had gotten re-engaged. The singer has been spotted several times wearing her ring over the last few months.

Hemsworth talked about his relationship with Miley in a rare interview with GQ several months ago. He said their breakup "needed to happen" because "at the time, we were going in different directions."
When asked about the current status of their relationship, he too remained coy, saying, "People will figure it out, they already have...They're not dumb."
