During a radio interview obtained by Entertainment Tonight, the singer made it sound like she's expecting more than one child with her husband Brandon Blackstock.
"I'm gonna be everywhere once I get these kids popped out and done," the 33-year-old told 103.7's Leigh Ann & Courtney Uncorked. "That's why I look all..." she laughed before trailing off.
Though the mention of "kids" had everyone wondering if perhaps she's expecting twins, a rep confirmed to E! News she is not.
Meanwhile, this wouldn't be the first time Clarkson sparked speculation and lots of talk with this pregnancy. In fact, her original announcement of her second child at a Los Angeles concert in August was totally unplanned and unintentional.
"This is not how I wanted to announce [that I'm pregnant]," she told the crowd. "My makeup artist is backstage hating me. I didn't want you to think I'm on pills or something."
She added, "I would like to apologize to my husband. This was not planned. I'm just so hormonal. Everything is great, I haven't vomited yet. That's a win y'all."
Her announcement came just a little over a year after her famously difficult first pregnancy with River Rose, who she welcomed into the world in June 2014.
Clarkson has previously opened up about the struggle with her first pregnancy, admitting she was hospitalized and had to take off way more time than she expected.
We hope this second go-around is much easier for the singer!
