Even football fans can't get Adele's new song out of their heads.

In light of unfavorable performances by the football teams in the eastern division of the National Football Conference, two fans were inspired by the British Grammy winner's latest hit, "Hello," and transformed it into an emotionally-charged ballad of loss in dedication to their favorite sport.

Dr. Ken actor Ken Jeong and Fox NFL Sunday's Rob Riggle teamed up for the pre-game show's latest skit, leaving no stone unturned as they satirically quipped about fans' complaints in a new sepia-toned music video modeled after Adele's well-known creation.

"Adele, it's me. I think I might be breaking up with the eastern NFC," Riggle lip-synced. "It might be over for these teams. They say that cream's supposed to rise, girl, but our division's curdling." It may be cheesy, but that's one impressive analogy.

In the close replica of the record-breaking original video, both Jeong and Riggle alternate reciting verses of the new song, backed by the same chart-topping melody. While the men take center stage, the music that streams out of their mouths is actually the vocal stylings of an unnamed woman.

Dawning an extensive wardrobe of fur coats, cowboy hats, zebra pants, and various teams' paraphernalia, the stars continued to belt out complaints about the mishaps of virtually every team in the division, from the Washington Redskins to the Dallas Cowboys.

Not only is Jeong ABC's latest funny man in his new self-written sitcom, he proved he can even riff. At the song's climax, the actor took center screen to ooh and ahhh his way to musical victory, leaving even co-star Riggle a bit jealous.

While the entire performance is wrought with mock honesty, one lyric easily summed up fans' newfound afflictions.

"I think I finally get Adele because loving and losing's hard as hell."

While the teams might be having a hard run out on the field this year, this video is a definite touchdown.
