Mariah Carey's daughter is taking after her famous mama and beginning her very own singing career.

The Grammy-winning singer spilled the news to Ryan Seacreast this morning that her 2-year-old daughter, Monroe, will sing on a track off of her upcoming album.

"My little girl is going to be appearing on the album, I will say that. She can't really put a complete sentence together—she was 2-year-old when she started—but she did a good job!" the American Idol judge revealed.

Carey didn't reveal any further details about the song or whether son Moroccan will be joining his sister in the studio to make music anytime soon.

But it looks like Carey isn't just collaborating with her family for her latest album. Her first single "#Beautiful" features R&B sensation Miguel.

The video for "#Beautiful" will make its debut on American Idol Wednesday night.

We can't wait to see if the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!
