17-year-old actress-singer puts the inappropriate garter belts and racy lingerie away and covers up during a trip to Paris. Why the change in wardrobe?

Taylor Momsen finally decided to put on some decent duds. Well, decent for her, anyway.

The 17-year-old star stepped out in Paris yesterday in a black mini with thigh-high socks, leather jacket and platform lace-up boots. Sure, that teeny dress is still inappropriate, but at least it's opaque material and not her usual uniform of trashy lingerie and garter belt with stripper heels/hooker boots.

So what else has Taylor been wearing while touring with The Pretty Reckless?

Just a day earlier, the Gossip girl rocked a white peasant skirt and black top—which in Tay-Tay's world is the equivalent of a nun's habit, right?!

Maybe it's the chilly weather, or maybe the chic Parisian ladies have inspired T.Mom to try something normal for a change. Whatever the reason, we like it and hope she keeps it up.
