A romantic rumba will only get you so far.

Unfortunately, the government doesn't really care that Pamela Anderson scored a 47 on last night's Dancing With the Stars. She still needs to pay her taxes.

The former Baywatch babe is in the red for more than $493,000 in personal income taxes, according to an annual list of 250 delinquents with at least six-digit liens released yesterday by the California Franchise Tax Board.

Her attorney has yet to comment on the case, but that's not the leggy lady's only legal drama these days.

Across the country, a Manhattan-based clothing company has filed suit against Pam, accusing her of stealing the name of the animal-friendly, organic fashion collection she launched with Richie Rich.

While recent fashion shows have featured pieces labeled A*Muse, Maggy London International, which trademarked the Muse name in 2002, calls the label "a disingenuous effort to disguise their infringing activities."

The company is trying to have the design duo barred from using the name further and forcing them to fork over both profits and remaining inventory for "impoundment or destruction."

Hopefully, Pam can use some of that "magic" Carrie Ann Inaba was talking about last night to make these legal missteps go away.
