Nikki Bella's wrestling career could be coming to an end.

During the video, Nikki receives the devastating news that she has to have possible career-ending surgery on her neck.
We've watched Nikki try to deal with the neck pain throughout the first half of this Total Divas season but now the injury is too serious to ignore.
After receiving the news, Nikki breaks down crying and says, "I may not ever be able to get back in the ring again."
If that wasn't enough stress for Nikki, it looks like there's some tension between her and boyfriend John Cena on the upcoming episodes.
"You're just being too much," she tells John in the teaser.
John and Nikki aren't the only couple having relationship drama, Paige and her boyfriend Kevin are also having serious problems!
