According to RadarOnline, Madonna received a letter scolding her for a rowdy karaoke party held at her house in London. It wasn't too serious, just a "slap on the wrist" following some neighbors' complaints. The Westminster Council wrote a letter informing her of the complaints, but apparently she'd have to have several more incidents occur before any sort of fine would be issued. The kicker in this story is that Madonna wasn't even home at the time. I knew something was fishy with all this "partying," and now it makes sense. The only time fun happens at Madonna's is when she isn't home.
