Her voice didn't hold up to her signature "high notes," and it even cracked a few times, much like she herself has cracked a few times in the past. But, Whitney admitted she wasn't up to par, and even managed to lay some of the blame on Oprah Winfrey. She said that since she had previously done Oprah's show, her voice was tired and therefore it sounded like it did. Well, I call bullshit. Oprah does Oprah's show every day, and it never affects the way she sings out the name of the next guest, or what new favorite thing of hers is hiding under the audience member's seats. I think the only person to blame here is Mariah Carey. She has nothing to do with this story, but she's really annoying and I haven't talked about her in a while.
