E!Tuesday's Botched episode had us reaching for tissues!
On the emotional episode, patient Emily was set to have surgery with Dr. Terry Dubrow when they learned that she's pregnant! Because of the pregnancy, Emily wasn't able to have the surgery. But after learning the heartbreaking news that she had miscarried, Emily went back to see Dr. Dubrow and revealed she was "determined" to have the surgery as a way of "healing."
Emily went through a roller coaster of emotions on this episode, but after having surgery on her breasts she revealed she feels "more comfortable" in her skin.

1. Emily Thinks Her Breasts Look Like "Crab Claws":
Emily waited until the age of 32 for her beasts to develop. When they didn't, she decided to go under the knife and have implants put in.
Unfortunately for Emily, the implants became infected and after having them removed she was left with "crab claw" breasts.
When Emily meets with Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif she tells them she just wants "normal looking breasts."
The doctors then examine Emily and Dr. Dubrow explains it might take multiple surgeries to help fix her breasts.
"However long this road is for me I'm hopeful and optimistic that there's a light at the end of the tunnel," Emily says.
2. Ashley Tells the Doctors She Wants Her Kids to Be "Proud" of Her "Not Embarrassed":
When the doctors meet with patient Ashley, she tells them she had her lips injected with "sheep fat." While at first she liked the size of her lips, they've grown every year since she's had them done and she's ready for them to be gone. Ashley explains she just wants to look like a "normal-looking mother" for her kids and wants them to be "proud" of her "not embarrassed."
When Dr. Nassif examines Ashley he tells her they can go in and "remove a lot of this tissue" in her lips.
"It's more of a lip reduction," he explains.

3. Dr. Dubrow Tells Emily She's Pregnant:
Just before Emily's surgery, Dr. Dubrow is told that Emily's pregnancy test revealed she's expecting a child.
"The bad news is we're not gonna do surgery today," Dr. Dubrow says to Emily. "But the good news is…you're pregnant."
A shocked Emily says she "cannot believe this."
"I was not expecting that, I had no idea," Emily says.
4. Dr. Nassif Doesn't Find "Sheep Fat" in Ashley's Lips:
During surgery, Dr. Nassif explains that he doesn't' see any "sheep fat" that Ashley thought was put in her lips.
"Whatever was injected it's gone, nothing there," Dr. Nassif says.
He's then able to remove tissue that's inside her lips and the surgery is a success!
5. Emily Reveals She Had a Miscarriage:
"I'm back to see Dr. Dubrow because once we got home and the initial shock of everything wore off, we got excited about having a baby," Emily explains. "That's when we found out that I had a miscarriage. I was just really depressed, I didn't have my surgery, I wasn't pregnant, I really felt like I had lost everything. But as a way of healing myself I'm determined to get this surgery."
6. Emily's Surgery Is Split Into Two Parts:
Dr. Dubrow decides during surgery that it's in the best interest of Emily to fix her breasts in two procedures. So in the first surgery Dr. Dubrow focuses on giving Emily "her original breasts back with no risk."
Six months later Emily returns to have implants put in and Dr. Dubrow tells Emily the surgery went "better than expected."
But he also tells Emily that they're "stressing the system" and it's "a little tight" underneath her boobs, so even though Emily "is in a good place medically at this moment" it's possible she could develop a complication. So they'll have to wait and let her breasts "go through a process" and see how they heal.
7. Robert Reveals He Had His First Nose Job at 17:
The last patient the doctors meet with on the episode is Robert, who reveals that he had his first nose job when he was 17.
Robert tells the doctors he just had another nose job done three months ago and now he can't breathe and he's "snoring."
When Dr. Nassif examines Robert's nose, he explains that he would have to make his nose larger in order for him to be able to breathe better. But he would have to wait about a year for his nose to heal from his last surgery before Dr. Nassif could perform the surgery.
After hearing this Robert decides that he doesn't want to have the surgery done.
"It makes me so sad," Robert admits.
8. Ashley Says "It's Amazing to Be Me Again" Post Surgery:
After her having her lip reduction, Ashley is feeling "amazing."
"People look at me now, not my lips before me," she explains.
"Now I feel good about myself and that makes me happy for my kids, myself, my whole family," she says.
9. Emily Says She Feels "More Comfortable" in Her Skin After Surgery:
One month after her surgery, Emily is able to wear a bikini top on the beach again.
"It's been a long road, a really long road," Emily says. "I feel good, I feel really good. A lot better than I have in a long time."
Emily even says that she feels "more comfortable in her own skin" after having the surgery.
