Sharpen those scalpels!

Drs. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif have their work cut out for them on Tuesday's all-new episode of Botched with male breast implants, a deformed stomach and a distorted lip!

This week's patients include Brian, a man who loves to bet on his body, Jessica, a former teen mom with a "belly butt," and Keara, a woman whose mouth is permanently open. The docs have never backed down from a plastic surgery challenge before and these cases are no different.

Recap the seven most shocking moments from the latest episode!

1. Man Boobs: There are very few things gambler and magician Brian wouldn't do for money, including getting a pair of breast implants! His friend bet him $100,000 to get fake boobs and Brian happily took him up on the offer. "They really did look nice and now I can see why women do certain poses," he says.

Despite little problems like having to wear a sports bra while jogging, Brian admits he didn't mind having breasts so he just kept them in—for almost 20 years! "It really has been so long, to be honest it just feels like I was born with them," Brian says. "It's like an old dear friend."

But after such a long time, Brian is curious to meet with the doctors and find out if the breast implants are healthy and still safe to keep in his body.

2. Her Lips Are (Not) Sealed: Keara hasn't been able to close her mouth in 10 years after a nurse injected silicone into her upper lip to give her pout similar to Angelina Jolie's. Spoiler alert: It didn't work. Her lip ended up misshapen and swollen on both sides.

And that's not even the worst part. When she met with Drs. Dubrow and Nassif, she revealed that her lip has continued to get bigger over the years. Yikes!

"I would just like to look normal again," Keara tells them. "I know it's not going to be perfect, but I'm hoping to decrease the size and deformity of it so I can let this go."

"Keara deserves a surgery," Dr. Nassif says. "She's had this too long. I mean, her lips, they walk in the room before her and we need to do something to help her."

3. No Butts About It: Jessica was left with a distorted abdomen after she had a baby at 17. She hid the pregnancy from her parents until she was actually in labor, but complications from the C-section forced doctors to have to perform emergency surgery to remove her right fallopian tube and save her life.

As the scar from the procedure started to heal, it closed inward giving the appearance of an upside-down butt on her belly. "It's been 12 years and I still feel like I'm hiding a pregnant belly," Jessica says.

She meets with the docs for her consultation and tells them her story. Terry believes he can help smooth out her belly with a tummy tuck, but warns her it will be a very risky surgery.

"I need to make sure she's on the same page as we are about the importance of following instructions and doing exactly what we tell her to do in order to avoid a disastrous complication," Terry says. "It's time to convert this butt into an abdomen again."

4. Wiggle, Wiggle, Wiggle: Before Brian's consultation, Terry pokes a little fun at Paul's supposed man boobs. "Don't you hate man boobs?" Terry asks.

"I don't think about it because I don't think I really have much," Paul replies. "When I was chunky, I did have some man boobs going on."

"You mean worse than this?!" Terry asks. That's when Paul shows Terry how he can bounce his chest up and down. Who knew he was so talented?

5. Show Him the Money: After Brian tells the docs about how his breast implants came to be, he admits he's been offered tons of cash to alter other parts of his body. In fact, he was once presented with $1 million to remove his penis, but he didn't go through with it—at least not yet.

This prompts Terry to wonder which body parts he would be willing to ditch for some extra moolah. "My pinkies could go for $10 million because I use them to do surgery," Terry says. "And my penis for about $5,000. I'm married. I don't use it anyway."

6. Gettin' Grabby: During Brian's examination, Dr. Dubrow determines he's about a full C cup. Terry then feels Paul's breast to compare. "Whereas you, you're a small C," he tells him. "You're almost a mid-C, but you're more of a small C." Brian then wants a little taste of the action and begins feeling Paul up as well. "Let me see!" he says. "His are pretty darn big!"

"Hands off, buddy," Paul says.

In the end, Brian decides to keep his breast implants for the time being and think through this important decision. "I like that Dr. Dubrow had concern about my body, but I don't know if I'm going to not take any bets on my body," he says. "It depends if the price is right."

7. Va Va Voom: Both Keara and Jessica were more than satisfied with the results after their surgeries. "I don't feel ashamed of how I look," Jessica says. "My confidence has gone from a two to a ten and then some."

She adds, "Before my surgery, my stomach looked like an upside-down butt and I had to hide myself from the world for 12 years. Now my stomach's as flat as it can be and my butt's where it's supposed to be."

Keara expressed similar feelings about her new lip. "I feel like I'm on cloud nine," she says. "Nothing is holding me back now that this has been resolved."
