Brittany Cartwright is a very forgiving person.

In Season 6 of Bravo's Vanderpump Rules, Cartwright was livid after learning that Jax Taylor cheated on her with Faith Stowers, their former co-worker. Though he initially denied hooking up with Stowers behind Cartwright's back, Taylor later admitted to it—and together, the couple decided to focus on mending their relationship. Cut to Monday's episode, when Lala Kent and Ariana Madix shared an audio recording from Stowers, in which Taylor trashed Cartwright, saying he was no longer sexually attracted to her, he'd never propose and he'd never have kids.

Despite the drama it caused, Cartwright and Taylor are still together. On Bravo's Watch What Happens Live With Any Cohen Monday, she was asked point-blank why she hasn't dumped him. "Jax successfully changed the narrative from what was on the tape to the fact that you had brought it out," host Andy Cohen said. "How did you let him do that, or did I miss something?"

Cartwright didn't sugarcoat the fact that her relationship with Taylor has been overly dramatic. "We went through it for a long time. Everything can't be shown on the show. I mean, it's never going to happen. But we did go through it for a long time after that. I was so pissed about him trying to turn it [on me]," she said. "I felt like he was just trying to turn everything around on me and try to make me feel guilty." Does she regret playing the recording at her party? "I'm just glad I finally had a badass moment and was like, 'Everyone, listen!' I don't know...When you're going through something like this, you don't know what you're feeling," Cartwright said. "Ever."

Cohen revealed that 95 percent of Bravo viewers who voted said Cartwright should not have taken Taylor back after hearing the recording—which didn't surprise her in the least. But, she said he has "definitely retracted" everything bad he said about her. "Um, I don't know how to explain it...I was so confused. I was loving him. I was hating him. I couldn't stand to be around him," she said. "I wanted him to be right beside me all the time. It was such a confusing time."

Cartwright has not spoken with Stowers about her fling with Taylor, though she has tried. "I sent her a couple texts trying to get her to admit things to me, because I thought she was my friend," the reality star said. "Obviously, she wasn't. She just wouldn't ever say anything to me."

While Madix wouldn't have forgiven Taylor, had she been in the same situation with Tom Sandoval, she understood why Cartwright made that decision. "Brittany is so strong in that no matter what is happening in the world, she will always continue to see the good," she said. "I feel like that's such a wonderful quality in a person and I feel like that's why I love her so much."

"That, like, makes me want to cry," Cartwright said. "That's really sweet."
