Looney Tunes: Back in Action

Back in Action ain't all that, folks. Falling flatter than the Roadrunner after being squished by a piano, this mix of live action and cartoons (à la Who Framed Roger Rabbit) moves a mile a minute. However, it lacks the character, story and wit to make you want to keep up. After firing Daffy Duck, a Warner Bros. exec (Jenna Elfman) and security guard (Brendan Fraser) make their way to Las Vegas to find the quacker.
In the mix, Steve Martin plays the head of the Acme Co. who's trying to foil the whole thing. The acting is catroonish (and we're talking about the humans!), and the jokes split between goofy stuff for kids and classic gags for adults. But there aren't enough of either to keep everyone's attention. You're not missing much if you plan to, um, 'toon this one out.
