Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are ready to get unneighborly with their, um, neighbor.

Per Kutcher's new foul-mouthed video complaint, a construction crew is building a home right next door to their $3 million, 6,716 square foot home in Beverly Hills. More important, that crew tends to pull out their tools as early as 7 a.m.

Moore describes her hubby as being "vocal to the point of being hopping mad" about the issue to Ryan Seacrest on this morning's KIIS-FM show.

The actor interjects, “This guy, Ryan, for four months now, he has built like a fort next to our house, and I wake up every morning to people pounding on steel at 7 a.m. He’s got a bulldozer down there, and I just want to go hijack it in the middle of the night!”

As for Ashton's neighbor, a screenwriter named Bruce Goldsmith (according to TMZ), he claims he's within his legal rights to start contruction that early and says the actor "just doesn't want to deal with reality."

Maybe not. But radio call-ins and videos with threats such as "I'm gonna lose it on this guy" aren't the only method the That '70s Show star is employing to vent his frustrations...

Check out what Ashton's alter ego "aplusk" has to say on Twitter.

"I'm going to kill my neighbor," he writes. "This ass clown has another thing coming!"

Mrs. G.I. Jane, however, responds, "Baby keep it together there should only be another 5 months of this" and "Calm and gentle baby you can pull out the paint gun later."

Ultimately, the Punk'd king and his mate seem to be keeping a sense of humor about the situation—for now—proving that not only can Ashton dish it, he can take it, too.
