Real Housewives of Orange County star Meghan King Edmonds is officially a mom after giving birth to her first child, a daughter, with husband Jim Edmonds on Thanksgiving.
The 32-year-old reality star announced she officially welcomed their bundle of joy in an adorable Instagram post of her dog with a special message.
"@therealgirlygirl sent me this note while Jimmy and I welcomed our new baby girl on Thanksgiving! Our hearts are exploding," she captioned the shot while the note read "Happy Thanksgiving Mommy! I can't wait to meet my new sister!"
The Bravo star would later tell E! News, "We are happy and healthy and at home enjoying our new addition. Aspen brings our family so much more joy than we could've imagined!"
As her followers already know, getting pregnant was a process for the couple as Edmonds, who has four children from previous marriages, had undergone a vasectomy and froze his sperm. They ultimately were able to conceive with the help of IVF.
"Infertility is a challenge that faces so many," she told Bravo's The Daily Dish, "and I hope our story will bring hope to those working to build their family."
All in the all, the two have been more than excited about welcoming the newest member of their family.
As Meghan shared with E! News exclusively in October, "We just can't believe we've created this little baby together and can't wait to meet her."
Congratulations Mom and Dad!
