Martha Hunt's workout regimen is no walk in the park, but have you seen her bod?!
The supermodel recently caught up with E! News as she worked up a sweat at celeb-loved fitness club Body By Simone for a rundown on her go-to exercises, and after seeing Martha in action, we totally understand why she's been tapped to walk in the 2016 Victoria's Secret Runway Show for the fourth consecutive year.
Between dance and trampoline cardio as well as resistance band training, Martha dished on the one routine that's kept her fit and fabulous. "This year I've been adding a lot of weights into my training, which I've really enjoyed because it makes me feel really strong," she told us, adding, "I feel stronger than I've ever felt, which is a great feeling."

Hunt, 27, also revealed that she loves practicing yoga while on the road because "it's something that centers me and then I can [listen to] a podcast and do it anywhere."
Like most fitness junkies, Martha said there's almost nothing that compares to finally seeing those hours in the gym pay off. "Even though it's the hardest, my favorite body part to work would be the booty... You feel amazing and once you see your butt change in a thong, you're definitely motivated to keep coming back and working on your booty," she admitted.
As for her squad of head-turning model pals, Hunt told us that three weeks before the show, all the VS beauties "amp it up" by "not skipping the weekends" and working out "pretty much every day."
"We just focus on getting stronger," Martha added. "We have to carry really heavy wings down the runway so we don't want anything to go wrong."
