Alessandra Ambrosio is gearing up to spread her wings!
E! News exclusively caught up with the stunning supermodel during her fitting for the 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which will mark her 17th consecutive year walking for the lingerie line. Ambrosio even dished on one of her sexiest looks, a barely-there one piece complete with VS's signature set of angel wings.
"I love the colors," the 35-year-old mom of two told us. "It's from the segment called "The Road Ahead," and it's all [about] exotic places. It has beautiful colors from all over the world, very exotic. I got beautiful yellow feathers with sparkles in it, and this beautiful green jewelry."
As for what else to expect from the highly-anticipated telecast, Alessandra revealed, "Lots of gold and beautiful elements." Ooh la la!
We couldn't help but ask Ambrosio about the diet and fitness regimen she sticks to ahead of the show, and no surprises here, it's just as intense as you'd expect. After all, have you seen her bod?
"You've just got to put your mind [to it] and work out really hard, extra hard. It's always hard when you have to diet and work out and just put your mind in it," the Brazilian beauty admitted, adding that she enjoys the celeb-loved Tracy Anderson Method, because, "The music is really loud and you don't feel like you're working out; you feel like you're dancing."
Ambrosio continued, "Keep hydrated, eat healthy. It's hard because we just had Halloween so you want to eat all this candy, but forget the candy! Thanksgiving is just before we film the show so we just try to be as healthy as we can and work out."

The hot, hot, hot annual spectacle will be held in the City of the Light for the first time on Monday, Dec. 5, on CBS, and will feature a number of gorgeous familiar faces, including Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss and returning favorites Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Lily Aldridge, Elsa Hosk and Jasmine Tookes, who will be wearing the $3 million Bright Night Fantasy Bra.
