The Aduba sisters are forces to be reckoned with and Kelly Ripa was one of the first to realize.

It was business as usual Thursday when Orange Is the New Black Star Uzo Aduba took a seat on the LIVE! With Kelly set to chat about her new role in Ewan McGregor's American Pastoral and her summer days spent barbecuing with Taylor Swift

Little did we know, her sister Chioma Aduba was sitting in the audience silently cheering her famous sibling on.

For a further twist on the sentimental moment, it turns out Uzo had been in that audience eight years earlier doing the exact same thing.

"When your sister is a guest on @livekelly , you go because you support her. When 8 years later you're the guest, she comes...because she supports you. This is sisterhood and my favorite #fbf. #bestfriend #foreverfriends #prettyinpink," she captioned a collage on Instagram, including a photo of the two women seated next to each other at Ripa's show in July 2008.

At the time, Chioma was appearing on the show as the winner of Ripa and former co-host Regis Philbin's "High Heel-A-Thon." Just as the title suggests, participants were tasked with running a marathon in high heels to raise money for the March of Dimes, as Fox reported at the time.

Nearly a decade ago, Aduba had not yet made her screen debut, but was instead performing in the New York theater circuit. In 2008, she was gracing the stage of the La Jolla playhouse in Translations of Xhosa. Of course today we know her as the Emmy-winning character, Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren with two Emmy Awards under her belt.

Bottom line: whether it's running 26 miles in stilettos or accepting an Emmy statue, the Aduba sisters can do it all—together.
