Dwayne Johnson's voice is as big as his character's ego.

Disney released clips from Moana Monday, in which the Polynesian demigod Maui (Johnson) sings "You're Welcome," written by Tony Award winner Lin-Manuel Miranda. In his first-ever Instagram Story (and as part of his #MoanaMondays series) Johnson shared behind-the-scenes moments from his recording session with fans. "We just doin' a little sanging over here or as we say in the streets, 'I'm spittin' that fire bruh!'" Johnson wrote in a caption. "A blast collaborating with the musical genius himself and my Puerto Rican twin Lin-Manuel Miranda. Too much fun!"

In the first teaser clip, Moana (Auli'i Cravalho) meets Maui, who swiftly reminds her that he's no ordinary hero—he's a "shape-shifter, demigod of the wind and sea." (You know, just in case she hadn't heard.) But Maui is definitely "not" her hero—even if she does need his help. The second clip, meanwhile, shows Maui introducing himself through the song "You're Welcome."

"What has two thumbs that hold up the sky / When you were waddling ye high / This guy," he sings. "When the night's got cold / Who stole you fire from down below / You're looking at him, yo / Oh, also I lassoed the sun / You're welcome / To stretch your days and bring you fun / Also I harness the breeze / You're welcome / To fill your sails and shake your trees / So, what can I say except you're welcome / For the islands I pulled from the sea / There's no need to pray / It's OK / You're welcome / I guess it's just my way of being me / You're welcome / You're welcome."

The animated movie musical from Ron Clements and John Musker (the directors behind The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, The Princess and the Frog and other Disney films) boasts an all-star cast that includes Jemaine Clement, Rachel House, Temuera Morrison, Phillipa Soo and Alan Tudyk.

In addition to Miranda, Opetaia Foa'I and Mark Mancina contributed to the soundtrack.

Moana sails into theaters Nov. 23.
