The motto for the state of Vermont, "Freedom and unity," is very fitting for The Real Housewives of New Jersey's trip there. There's Teresa Giudice, celebrating her freedom and preparing for her husband, Joe Giudice, to lose his. Then there's the various ladies celebrating their freedom to scream and shout and threaten to fight each other. And then the unity part: the ladies united to keep Jacqueline Laurita there after she nearly came to blows with Robyn, a friend of Teresa's who came into the series like a drama hurricane.

Anyway, before the Garden State ladies tour Vermont apart, Teresa's lunch with cousins Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri wrapped up.

"Listen, my heart got hardened. Can you just respect that?" Teresa told them.

They decided that each other's doors are always open should they need it. "Come on, we're still cousins. We're blood," Teresa said.

Fast forward a few minutes when Teresa and the rest of the cast are on a bus to Vermont and Teresa said: "They're never going to call me. I'm never going to call them. Door's closed."

So… Yeah. But back to the lunch meeting. On her way out, Teresa was in tears and told brother Joe Gorga the absolute truth that just about everybody can related to: "I'm just tired of s--t. It's exhausting."

Before embarking on the Vermont trip, Kim D. returned. And guess what? She had a little drama morsel she wanted to plant with Siggy Flicker and Jacqueline. She is Kim D. after all. According to Kim D., Derek, the manager of Melissa Gorga's store, sold a story about Teresa accepting cash for books at a Posche fashion show. If he did sell the story about Teresa, should Melissa really be employing him?

Anyway, on the bus to Vermont, the ladies yelled about Kathy and Rosie. We learned Robyn, Teresa's friend, has issues with Rosie for some reason. Then Chris Laurita, Jacqueline's husband revealed a bombshell: He went on a date with Teresa years ago. Dina Manzo set them up. Can you imagine? Somehow give us The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Sliding Doors right now, Bravo! "When they went on their date, she talked about Joe the whole time," Jacqueline sad.

Once safely settled in Vermont with copious amounts of bathrobes, Robyn and Jacqueline went at it for some reason or another. Robyn wasn't happy Jacqueline called her Teresa's soldier. Then in a flurry of yelling and pointing, Jacqueline sat on Robyn's lap. No punches were thrown.

The next day, Jacqueline was MIA while the ladies went dogsledding (which just seems cruel. It's Vermont. You don't need dogsleds) and resurfaced to tell everyone she was going home and that Robyn was bad for Teresa. But Siggy and Dolores Catania decided to unite and try and get Robyn to leave instead of Jacqueline. See? Freedom and unity.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sundays, 8 p.m. on Bravo.
