Perhaps an unlikely friendship to some, but Anne Hathaway can't wait to star alongside Rihanna in Ocean's 8.
E! News caught up with the Oscar winner at the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of her latest thriller Colossal, where she revealed she too shares the whole world's mutual crush on the "Love On the Brain" songstress.
When asked if she's excited to work with RihRih on set of the all-female Ocean's 11 spinoff, Hathaway joked, "No, she's terrible. It's like, 'Ugh, do I have to?'" She continued, "Rihanna and I did Saturday Night Live a few years ago and she was gorgeous in every way you can be gorgeous."
As for what Anne is most looking forward to do with Rihanna while filming the highly anticipated reboot, she told us, "I'm excited that we're going to get to hang out in the makeup trailer and trade tips and get to know each other better." Casual, right?
From the looks of how the completely stacked cast has shaped up, there will be plenty of girl time for the leading ladies to establish their killer onscreen chemistry. A source confirmed to E! News that Sarah Paulson is currently in talks to join the all-star league of actresses that includes Rihanna, Hathaway, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling and hip hop artist Awkwafina. Though plot details have been kept mostly under wraps, we can confirm that Warner Brothers set an October start date for filming.
As for how motherhood is treating the Interstellar star, she seems to be fitting right into her latest role, telling E! News, "[Six-month-old son Jonathan] is such an easy baby so he's made traveling as easy as it can be."
