Watch: Kyle Richards Reveals Kim Is Likely to Return to "RHOBH"

The cameras may have just started rolling on season seven of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but we've got your first bit of scoop on the new season—straight from Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards themselves.

E! News' Melanie Bromley caught up with the pair of Bravo BFFs at the DailyMail.com Summer White Party at LVP's Pump in West Hollywood, where Kyle previewed the changes coming to the 90210. "Each season, someone new seems to come in and shake things up a bit, so we do have a little shift this season and it's interesting," she teased. As for whether the shift is a good thing, Kyle admitted it's still too early to tell.

"Well, it's new. You never know," she said. "In the beginning, it's always great, and then later, you're like, 'Oh my god, this is a nightmare!'"

While Bravo has yet to announce any new cast members, RHOBH did lose two ladies on the road to season seven with Yolanda Hadid and Kathryn Edwards confirming their time on the series had come to an end. As Kyle tells it, though, the new season may see the return of a familiar face: Her sister Kim Richards

"I think she is [returning,]" she said. "I can't confirm that, but I would like to see her back and I know a lot of people would." The younger Richards sister told us she believes appearing on the series actually helps Kim as she struggles with her sobriety. It gives her purpose and accountability and somewhere to be every day," she added. "I feel like it was a good thing for my sister." (Kim appeared briefly in season six after five seasons as a full-time Housewife.)

Season seven almost saw itself down another fan-favorite cast member when LVP very nearly walked away after a particularly tough sixth season. Though, as she detailed, intense discussions with the network over their desire to document the passion projects in her life (namely, her fight for animal rights and her work with the LGBTQ community) are what brought her back. However, don't expect it to be immediately smooth sailing. "It's OK, but there were wounds to heal," she said.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills returns later in 2016 on Bravo.
