Animal print thong underwear on men is, well, not pretty.
Unless you're Miles Teller playing a boxer in 1988.
Just check out Miles at about the 29-second mark in the new trailer above for Bleed for This, the real life story of boxer Vinny Pazienza (Teller), a champion boxer who overcame a near-fatal car accident to enter the ring again and reclaim his title belt.
In the scene, Teller takes off his robe during a weigh-in for a fight against Roger Mayweather. What we see is a lean and ripped Teller wearing nothing but a skimpy animal print thong and flexing his biceps for the media.
Teller explained how he got into fighting shape when I sat down to chat with him about Insurgent back in March of 2015. "It started out with just diet and kind of fixing your body with that stuff," he said. "And then I just got into really serious boxing training. I would do like four hours boxing, two hours weights [and] two hours physical therapy."
Directed by Ben Younger, Bleed for This also stars Aaron Eckhart, Katey Sagal and Ted Levine.
The film hits selected theaters on Nov. 4 followed by a wider release on Nov. 23.
